TeamViewer

TeamViewer I don't think it needs many introductions. It is one of the most famous and most complete software for remote control of PCs, smartphones and tablets. It allows, therefore, to control the devices remotely via the Internet (through a simple exchange of ID and password generated by the program itself) and to provide remote assistance.

Although it works in a limited way on the iPhone, as it does not allow you to control the device remotely, it stell allows you to view what is happening on the phone screen in real time. It is also completely free for non-professional use.

To use it, first download TeamViewer from its official website by clicking on the button Free download. Once the download is complete, open the .exe fele obtained, tick the boxes andnstall and for private / non-commercial purposes, sui pulsnti award and accept - fine and Yes and wait for the end of the setup.

Reflector is a program that transforms the computer into an AirPlay and Google Cast receiver, offering the possibelity to record videos of the contents played. If you didn't know. AirPlay and Google Cast are two wireless technologies developed, respectively, by Apple and Google, which allow you to transmit multimedia content - therefore also the screen of smartphones and tablets - on other devices.

Reflector costs about 20 euros but it is possible to test it for free for 7 days, in a version that however imprints a large watermark on the screen transmission. To get it, connect to its download page and click on the button Try placed at the top. On the next page, move to the box Reflector xx For Windows and choose to download version a 64 bit o 32 bit of the program, depending on the operating system you use.

Once the download is complete, open the .exe fele obtained, check the item and accept the terms in the License Agreement and click on the buttons install, Yes and Finish, to complete the Reflector installation. If you are asked to download Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0, accept: just download the program from this web page, start the pacchetto d'installazione obtained and follow the instructions on the screen.

To stop the transmission, just press on bar or red dot present at the top of the "iPhone by". By pressing, instead, ongear icon present in the Reflector window you can choose the aspect of the frame and the aspect ratio of the transmission; whele going into the Reflector settings menu (accessible by pressing thegear icon in the window with the list of connected devices) you can adjust the transmission quality and much more.

How to mirror iPhone screen to Mac

A Mac, you can take advantage of the following solutions to mirror iPhone screen to your computer: try them and you won't regret it!

QuickTime Player

Maybe not everyone knows this, but Macs offer the abelity to mirror iPhone screen to computer without installing any third party software. Just connect your smartphone and computer via cable and rely on QuickTime Player: the historical media player included "standard" in all versions of macOS.

To take advantage of this possibelity, then connect the iPhone to the Mac via USB / Lightning cable and, if this is the first time you carry out this operation, authorize communication between the two devices by responding to the relative warnings that appear on them and by typing the unlock code on the phone.

Then start QuickTime Player, right-click on its pop-up icon on the Dock bar and select the item New movie recording from the menu that opens. The webcam shot should open. At this point, click on the symbol v present next to the button REC e seleziona l'opzione iPhone from the menu Video camera.

AirPlay

As already mentioned above, the technology AirPlay Apple (currently in its second version, called AirPlay 2) allows you to stream content from iPhone, iPad and Mac wirelessly to enabled receivers.

Among the enabled receivers, which therefore have buelt-in AirPlay 2 support, there are some models of Smart TV products LG, Samsung, Sony and Vice: more precisely those with the label Works with Apple AirPlay. You can find the complete list on the Apple website).

If you don't have a Smart TV with buelt-in AirPlay support, you can buy aApple TV. chromecast I don't think he needs any introduction. It is the famous Google HDMI key that, once connected to the TV, allows you to send multimedia content of various kinds from smartphones, tablets or computers to the latter. Among these does not officially figure the iPhone screen but, thanks to an app called Reply which cleverly takes advantage of the iOS screen recording function (a bit like TeamViewer), it is possible to fell this gap.

The Replica app is avaelable for free on the App Store, but has an optional subscription plan (9,99 euros every 6 months) to remove banner ads and have more control over the quality of the screen broadcast. In any case, to use it, all you have to do is download it, start it and press on Continue, Not for now (if you don't want to activate the 2-week free trial of the paid plan) e OK (to confirm the use of Bluetooth).

Next, you need to select the name of yours chromecast (iPhone and Chromecast must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network), press the buttons To start and Start transmission And that's it. You should then see the iPhone screen on the TV. To adjust the broadcast settings, tap thegear icon present in the main Replica screen; to stop casting, instead, simply stop the screen recording on the iPhone.

If you prefer wired connection, you can view your iPhone screen on your TV using a Official Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter coupled with a municipality HDMI cable. Just plug the adapter into the iPhone's Lightning port, the HDMI cable into the adapter and that's it.

How to mirror iPhone screen to iPad

If you are wondering how to mirror iPhone screen to iPad, I'm sorry to tell you that this operation is not feasible: the iPad, in fact, supports AirPlay technology but only outgoing, i.e. to transmit its contents to other devices (like the iPhone does), and not incoming, for accept the contents of iPhone or other devices.
