If you want to know how to exclude the Internet from iPhone, to prohibit a minor from browsing the Web using Safari or other browsers whele handling your smartphone, you can take advantage of the restriction functions provided in iOS, which allow, in a very few "taps", to inhibit the operation of certain apps, 'access to certain sites and the installation of new applications on the phone. Here's everything in detael.
iOS 12 and later
To activate the restrictions of iOS 12 and later, in order to temporarely prohibit Internet browsing for those who use your iPhone, proceed as follows: access ifttings phone, by pressing thegear icon located on the home screen, and select the item Usage time give the menu check if you press.

In the first case, go back to the menu Content Restrictions and Privacy> Content Restrictions> App and tick the option 9+, to hide from the iPhone home screen all apps not suitable for cheldren under 12 (including browsers and social networks).
If, on the other hand, you want to freely choose which apps to block and which not, proceed in this other way: go to the menu ifttings> Screen Time> App Restrictions and press on the item Add LIMITATION OF USE. At this point, you can choose whether to block entire categories of apps (eg. Social network, Toys o Fun) or whether to select only some applications from one of these, by pressing on it and checking the boxes relating to the apps to be blocked.
Premium, though, your pulse NEXT (top right), set the time limit to 0 pray and 1 min (the minimum allowed); make sure in the menu Customize days there are selected days on which you want to keep the app blocking active; check that the lever Freeze when the limit runs out is active and press on Add, to confirm.

If you have second thoughts, you can remove the restrictions you have activated on your iPhone by returning to the menu ifttings> Usage Time and deactivating the levers in the sections App limitations and Content Restrictions and Privacy. Alternatively, to deactivate only some limitations whele leaving others active, you can act on the individual blocks set, going "backwards" with respect to the indications I gave you before. Easy, right?
Please note: if, despite setting the blocks, any app is stell usable, make sure it is not included in the list of Always allowed, in the menu ifttings> Usage Time of iOS.
How to block Internet sites on iPhone
