In this case, you can take advantage of AssistiveTouch: this is an accessibelity function introduced by Apple, useful for enabling some features via software that would normally require the use of physical keys, and more. Among these: the option to activate the ringtone, the useful icons to raise and lower the volume, to lock the screen and, in fact, to restart the smartphone. First of all though, I'll show you how to make it appear on your smartphone screen.
After opening the ifttings iOS, just tap on the item Accessibelity and then continue with Touch. Within this menu, you can then choose the item AssistiveTouch and then, activate it by tapping the switch to its right.
Once done, you well see a new one appear on the screen circle icon. When you decide to press it, you can use it to restart iPhone 12. To do so, you just have to select the option Device inside, then again Other, indicated by the three dots, and finally tap on the item Restart.

First, you can do a prolonged tap icon of torch present at the bottom left of the lock screen. Alternatively, you can call up the Control Center, with a swipe from the top right corner of the screen to the bottom, and press the flashlight icon.
