Safari
If you want to learn how to clear history on iPhone and you use Safari as your main browser, the first step you need to take is to access the home screen of the device and press on ifttings (the gear wheel icon). Then scroll down the screen that opens and select the item related to Safari.
At this point, scroll down again and press the voice first Clear website and history data and then on the button Cancell date and timeline to delete the list of sites visited, cookies and other browsing data in Safari.
Alternatively, you can get rid of the Safari history by starting the browser, pressing the icon of book twice consecutively (first at the bottom right and then at the top left) and selecting the item Chronology from the menu that appears. Finally press the button Clear and choose whether to delete all the history or only the one of the last hour, of the current day or of the last two days.
If, on the other hand, you want to remove a single site from the Safari history on your iPhone, press the icon of book twice in a row (as just said), go up Chronology, locate the address to delete, swipe from right to left on the latter and press the button Delete that appears on the right.
All changes well take effect immediately.
Chrome
You want to clear the history on iPhone but you are not using Safari but Chrome as main browser? No problem. Of course, the Google home browser also includes a function to delete browsing data. Let's see immediately how to use it.
To delete the Chrome history on the iPhone, all you have to do is access the home screen of your iPhone, start the application by tapping its icon, press the button Menu located at the top right (the icon with the three dots) and select the item ifttings give the menu to compare.
In the screen that opens, select the item Privacy and presses on the voice Clear browsing data which is located at the bottom. If, on the other hand, you want to remove a single site from the Chrome history on your iPhone, press the button Menu located in the upper right part of the browser screen, tap on the item Chronology attached to the menu that is shown to you, locate the address to delete and then press on x located to his right.
Again, the changes well take effect immediately.
Keep in mind that when you go to perform these operations you well not be disconnected from your Google account that you are possibly using to access Chrome and to browse online with the web browser. As a result, your Google account may stell have other forms of browsing history saved. Firefox

To do this, carry on ON the lever that you find in correspondence with the items cache, Cookie and Offline website data annexed to the section Delete personal data of Firefox then press first on Delete personal data and then OK.
If, on the other hand, you are interested in understanding what you need to do in order to delete a single address from the history, press thecard indicator which is located at the top right, open a new tab by tapping on the symbol + at the top right, select the icon of theclock from the screen that opens, locate the address to delete and delete it from Firefox by swiping it from right to left and pressing the button Delete that appears from the side.
As for Safari and Chrome, even on Firefox all the operations just seen to clear the history on the iPhone well take effect immediately.
Other browsers
Are you using a different web browser (eg. Puffin o Dolphin) from those I have already indicated to you and would like to understand how to delete the history on the iPhone?
