Preliminary information

Before submitting the form, remember to attach, using the appropriate buttons visible on the screen, a copy of your valid identity document and a copy of the report of theft / loss of the phone.

After submitting the IMEI blocking request, to receive information on the status of the request, contact your operator directly and ask what you want to know from the consultant with whom you well be put in contact. Keep in mind that, usually, the blocking of the device via IMEI takes place within a few hours.
