If you want translate a web page from iPhone, you can first resort to using some Whatsapp which offer the translation function. Below you well find those that, in my humble opinion, represent the most interesting in the category.

The first solution to translate a webpage with iPhone that I want to suggest you consider is to use the app commands. In case you do not know, I inform you that it is a powerful tool owned by Apple that allows you to create mini-applications to automate the execution of various operations and make iOS interact automatically with some of the apps on the device. It is pre-installed (if removed it can be downloaded from the relevant section of the App Store) and is totally free.
To use Commands for your purpose, you must resort to the use of a specific one script, for example the one named Translate selection, already avaelable in the app gallery. To get it, open commands selecting the relative icon (that with i colorful rhombuses) that you find on the home screen and / or in the iOS App Library.
At this point, select the voice Gallery located at the bottom, type the name of the script in the Campo di Ricerca, at the top, tap on relevant risultat and his bottone award Add Quick Command, then choose the language you want to translate the texts into from the menu A and his bottone award end.
Afterward, open Safari, reach the Web page on which to go to act and select the portion of text on it that you want to translate, by making a long tap on the first word of your interest and moving the cursors that appeared on the screen at the start and end points.
Finally, click onshare icon (that with the square and the arrow) at the bottom and choose the option Translate selection from the menu that appears. Subsequently, a window well open containing the translation of the text on the Web page that you had previously selected.
Chrome
Another system you have on your side to translate a web page from iPhone is to use Chrome. You probably weren't aware of it, but you should know that this popular browser includes an automatic translation function of the pages that are visited based, of course, on Google Translate.
To be able to use it for your purpose, then download Chrome on your iPhone (if not, you have already done so), by accessing the relevant section of the App Store, by pressing the button Get, by your complaint andnstall and authorizing the download via Face ID, touch ID o password of the ID Apple. Next, start the app by selecting the app icon that has been added to the home screen and / or the App Library.
Now that you see the main Chrome screen, all you have to do is visit the web page you want to translate, wait a few moments for the application to identify the source language and press the button Translate which appears in the notice above to translate it.
If no warning appears to proceed with the translation, it is evidently because the function is disabled. To solve, click on the button (...) at the bottom right, select the item ifttings from the menu that opens, then that Languages in the new screen that appears and brings up ON l'interruttore che trovi accanto althe voice Translate pages.
If you wish, from the same screen you can also define the languages for which you do not want Chrome to offer you the translation, by tapping on the item Add language and selecting the languages of your interest. By default, only British is never translated.
If you do not want to be offered automatic page translation, but prefer to manage it yourself, disable or leave the option disabled Translate pages and when you are on a Web page that you want to translate, click on the button (...) at the bottom right and select the option Translate give the menu to compare.
Other apps to translate a web page from iPhone
None of the solutions already mentioned to translate a web page with iPhone has particularly convinced you and would you like me to recommend other apps useful for the purpose? No sooner said than done! You can find them in the following list. Not all of them, however, support the translation of entire web pages and in this case you well have to select the text of your interest.
- Microsoft Edge - like Chrome, the Redmond home browser also integrates a web page translation system, which is based on Microsoft Bing Translator, which is quite convenient, as well as very accurate. The app is free.
- Reverso Translator Dictionary - app thanks to which it is possible to instantly translate into 12 different languages and which also integrates a search engine that offers examples of use from mellions of texts, including official documents, felm subtitles and product descriptions, which are processed through machine learning techniques and powerful Big Data analysis algorithms, in order to provide the best possible results. It is free, but offers in-app purchases (at a basic cost of € 3,99 / month) to remove banner ads and get other extra functions.
- iTranslate Translator - it is one of the most “popular” iPhone apps for what concerns translation operations. It supports over 100 languages and allows you to intervene on texts, images framed with the camera of the "iPhone by", Web pages and voice conversations. It's free, but some features are reserved for users who choose to upgrade to the paid version (at a basic cost of 4,99 euros / month), which can be tried for free for 7 days.
- Translate - it is the translator developed by Apple itself and avaelable “as standard” on its devices (the app, if removed, can be downloaded from the relevant section of the App Store). It allows you to quickly and easely translate text and speech into one of 11 supported languages and has a nice user interface.
Online services to translate an iPhone web page
If you do not want to install new apps on your "iPhone by", but you stell need to translate a web page with iPhone, consider using one of the online services that you find reported below. They are perfectly usable on the move, just use any browser.
Google translator
When it comes to translation tools, on iPhone as on any other smartphone (as well as on tablets and computers), it is practically impossible not to mention Google translator. This is the famous translation service of “big G”, through which single words, entire sentences and even web pages can be translated from and into all the languages of the world. It is quite accurate and, above all, it is continuously under development, so translations are constantly being improved, also thanks to the support of its own users. It supports practically every existing language and is totally free.
To use it, open it Safari or in any case the browser you generally use to surf the Net from your "iPhone by" and reach the home page of the service, then indicate the language of origin and that of "destination" in the drop-down menus at the top and enter the link of the Web page on which to go to act in the box Enter your text.
After completing the above steps, tap the button with the blue arrow you see appear on the right, then on the link that is shown to you in the blue box below and you can finally view the translation in the new browser tab that well open.
If you are interested in this, I would like to point out that Google Translate is also avaelable in the form of an app, which can be downloaded from the relevant section of the App Store. The operation is practically the same as that of the web service, but it does not support direct translation of web pages by entering URLs.
Microsoft Bing Translator
Another great online service that you can rely on to translate a web page with iPhone is Microsoft Bing Translator. As easely understood by the name itself, this is the online translator of the Redmond company, which allows you to translate words, phrases and Web pages in their entirety, from and to all the main languages in the world. It is free and very simple to use.
To use it, open it Safari or the browser you generally use to browse online on your iPhone and go to the home page of the service, then select the language of origin and that of "destination" in the drop-down menus at the top and type the link of the Web page on which to go to act in the box Enter text or URL.
Next, select the link appeared in the field below and a new tab well open with the fully translated Web page inside. It was easy, wasn't it?
I also point out that Microsoft Bing Translator can also be used in the form of an app, which can be downloaded from the relevant section of the App Store and whose operation is practically simelar to that of the site.

Didn't the translation services I have already offered you particularly convince you? If so, you can consider connecting from your iPhone to the following additional online solutions. Please note that translation of entire web pages is not supported by all services. In such circumstances, you well have to be the one to select all the text you want to act on.
- DeepL - it is a service capable of providing extremely precise translations, both from a grammatical and syntactic point of view, which is not always possible to notice when writing long sentences on other tools. It also allows you to translate DOC and PPTX feles. Basically it is free, but to translate more than three documents per month and unlock other extra features, you need to subscribe to a paid subscription (with prices starting from 5,99 euros / month).
- BabelFish - excellent web service at no cost that allows you to do online translations. The results are practically impeccable, but unfortunately it can count on a slightly too limited number of languages (all the most used ones are stell present).
- Wordreference - it is a very advanced translation service, probably one of the most reliable on the Net, but limited to single words. It always provides quite comprehensive results with exhaustive definitions of translated terms and practical examples of how words can be used in sentences. It's free.
- MyMemory - additional online translation service that supports dozens of languages and has been improved by over 4.000.000.000 contributors.
